Rick, your crew came into my house today to child proof it. The first thing they asked was do we need to take off our shoes, or are you ok with booty covers? WOW! No one has ever made shoes an issue. As a new mom I never thought about shoes on the floor, thank you for that information as well as all the other information you gave us in the home evaluation. The best thing is my home is child proofed, and I feel good about it. There were a few things I knew to take care of but my husband and I had no clue how to. You have helped us so much. At first I thought this was going to be too much money and we could not afford to have it all done. Well you proved me wrong on that, it was very affordable and well worth it. In fact I have two new friends with babies and I would like to purchase a gift card for them. How would I go about doing that? Thank you so much for everything!

Rick,Just thought I would drop a note here. When my wife called Precious Baby Protectors to see about an in home evaluation I was against this. My wife told me what she had done and I told her I can do it myself, do not even have them come. Well she had your company come out without me knowing, I was on a business trip for nine days. I guess she felt comfortable with the owner Rick and his staff. When I got back into town my house was child safe. At first I was upset, because I thought I could do it. Then I realized how great this was, its done and I don’t have to spend time trying to do this. There were so many things I never would have thought about that Precious Baby took care of. I am so impressed that I have referred your company to many of my friends. In fact we are all at the mall last Sunday and I was talking to another dad. I told him about your company and how I was so thrilled. He said “Chuck they are coming over on Monday; my sister used them 9 years ago.” All I could say was, Wow good for you! If you ever want to take your company national please look me up, I will be your first investor.

Description of Work: Installed 4 baby gates and baby fence to go across the living room and kitchen.Comments: They did a great job. They brought all of their own materials. They were quick on the installation. They did a very professional job and made it look great.

Rick and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They evaluated my house, inside and out, and made recommendations to keep my 3 toddlers safe. They also told me what we did not need, so I felt they were most concerned with safety, and not just focused on selling me unnecessary things. They have proprietary products that you can't get anywhere else that are better, safer, and easier to use. I highly recommend them.

Precious baby did a great job installing our gates. They were punctual and explained the process. I like that they used a higher grade hardware to install the gates and made everything look clean and professionally installed in my brand new home. They made several suggestions that we didn't end up installing just yet but we plan to bring them back in for phase two. Thanks Precious Baby - these new gates are a game changer for all of these stairs.

Rick was responsive and a great communicator. He told me which of the stuff we had already done was correctly installed or with a modification could be used somewhere else. I appreciated those money saving tips. We have a three story townhouse so stairs we're my concern and their construction did cause for a creative solution which Rick made happen. Everything has been easy to use and we haven't had any issues since the install over one month ago. Appreciate everything he does and can't recommend him enough!

Rick and his install guy did a great job. They were very responsive and worked with me on the design of the fencing. It was just installed and looks and functions great! Would recommend.

Excellent experience. Service setup in less than a week and top notch. Well detailed invoice and great communication. Excellent binder with examples of work and options. Walked through how to secure each lock and explained the invoice in detail. Pleasure to work with.

I just happened to see this reply by Inga and wanted to tell you about my 5 star experience. I truthfully don't believe this person. This company has done excellent work and all my friends and neighbors rave about them! This company is #1 in my book!We had our gates originally installed 5 years ago and this company has been nothing but wonderful. We had our whole house baby proofed, and a poolfence. Last year we took the gates down as our daughter was 5 1/2....little Joey came along unexpectedly and is now starting to walk....Rick and Robert were back last week to re-install my gates and they were wonderful. These guys are so honest, do excellent work and I would never trust anyone else to do our install. It bother me that people would have the nerve to lie!

We are extremely happy with the service and our child proof rails. The customer service was amazing, our house looks amazing. We had all the second floor done. We had open walls that you could look down to the first floor and our kids had been climbing to look over. Now with the rails, we have peace of mind and most important our kids are safe. The Second floor looks great because the rails go with the decor. Thank you again, Precious Baby Protectors !!

Rick and his crew are amazing! Highly recommended to all families babies, toddlers, and pets!! They also do pool safety nets and fences! You must protect your family, call them!

We were displaced by the storm. I sent in an email asking for help at our rental house. Rick called me and explained how they work. We made an appointment for the next day at 1. At 1 I get a knock on the door. (Thank god they did not ring the doorbell). Robert and Gage showed up as I was told. We went over everything that I wanted. They installed it all and went over every item with me. Great, peace of mind is here. Robert and I went over the invoice, they discounted everything due to us being displaced by the storm. We are so happy, and all of this will be moved into our home when we rebuild. So professional and went way above to help my family out. Great caring people 3/-0
